At Fernly, we want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know.
Processing time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the following business day.
Delivery times

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Please note: delivery times may vary during peak seasons such as Christmas and Valentine's Day.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love everything you receive from Fernly. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
To start a return, simply email us at fernlyhome@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll take it from there.
Exchanges Changed your mind on a scent or size? We're happy to exchange any eligible item within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-returnable items For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

Candles that have been lit

Damaged or incorrect orders If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at fernlyhome@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We'll resolve it as quickly as possible — no questions asked.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
